Trina Schnapp
As Head of Human Resources, Trina leads the firm’s people strategy and talent initiatives, bringing more than 25 years of human resources leadership experience across high-growth organizations. She partners closely with executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, strengthen company culture, develop talent, and build scalable people practices that support long-term business success.
Throughout her career, Trina has held senior HR leadership roles where she led enterprise-wide people strategies during periods of significant growth and transformation. Most notably, she helped scale an organization from approximately 2,000 to 5,000 employees, overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, organizational design, compensation, and HR operations.
She has extensive experience partnering with founders, CEOs, boards, and executive teams to align people strategies with business objectives, facilitate expansion across multiple markets, and cultivate high-performing workplace cultures.
