Mike Corominas
Managing Director, Head of Valuations
As Managing Director, Head of Valuations, Mike brings over three decades of industry experience to AscentDS’s valuations team, along with a deep knowledge of the industry, a track record of solutions-based approaches to developer needs, and strong industry relationships.
Most recently, Mike held tenure with Genesis Capital for more than 11 years, serving as Executive Director - Head of Valuations, Executive Vice President of Sales, and Senior Vice President of Valuations, among other positions. Mike also served as an Associate with Marcus & Millichap, where he earned the Pacesetter Award for industry excellence, the first for the firm’s Santa Monica/Westside office in more than seven years.
After attending Arizona State University to study Business Management & Psychology while playing university baseball, Mike was drafted to play professional baseball with the Houston Astros organization before starting his career with Core Capital Management in 1998.
