Matt Ediger
Head of Construction & Operations
As Head of Construction, Matt provides strategic planning and management for all aspects of the construction lending operation at AscentDS. He brings over 25 years of construction experience, including more than 17 years at Anchor Loans as the SVP of Construction & Development. During his time there, he led critical milestones related to construction evaluation and systems, asset management, acquisitions, loan originations and sales.
Previously, Matt was a managing partner and owned his own construction business in Southern California. Matt began his career at Hensel Phelps Construction, one of the nation’s top-ranked general contracting firms. Matt is a licensed general contractor and holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Kansas State University.
